A Bit About Our tradition

Dedicated to Wellbeing

Our practice has been known for thousands of years and was tailor to householders using the Vedas guideliness. The foundation of our teachings combines the physical with the inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating breath, movement and meditative practices, we promote awareness of the inter dependency of all these aspects in personal health and well-being. Our practice use an extensive training and in-depth understanding of the human body and psyche to teach and cultivate awareness of one’s own practice and life.  We are teaching this form of meditation as we learned it from Thom Knoles and as he learned from by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi over 25 years living in RIshikesh (india). Since 1997, Thom has continued to teach meditation  independently and separately from the TM organization.
